The Discovery: Getting to know you.

It’s about listening to you, about how you live, about what you need, about what you want.

Concept Design: Let’s keep the conversation going.

Our creative team discusses the details you shared during our first meeting. Then we meet again to show you ideas and inspiration images, a sampling of materials and finishes, floor plan and furniture plan options.

Design Development: We’ll show you how we “get” you.

We develop a design plan based on your feedback from the concept phase.  At this point you see a plan created for what you want to achieve. We listen again to make additional edits and refinements to make it perfect for you.

Procurement, Construction: We make it happen.

With the finalized plan in place, we memorialize purchases to be made in a proposal for you to approve and fund. We also track, receive and inspect all purchases. We proactively coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors as needed to get the intended high quality result.

Installation: Dreams do come true.

It’s time for the magic to happen. We organize the painters, wallcovering and drapery installers then layer in furnishings, artwork and accessories. The KBKC team of designers, stylists, movers and trades people make the dream a reality.
